FAQ
Q: What if I need to change my registration information?
A: Your Conference registration can be managed and updated at anytime by logging into your MembershipWorks account.

Q: Is the Exhibitor Showcase the duration of the Conference?
A: We expect that exhibitors make a commitment to remain set up during the entirety of the Conference. In certain cases, exceptions are made (e.g, family emergency). We highly encourage exhibitors to make travel plans such that you can stay for the NYS Craft Beer Competition Celebration which takes place immediately following the close of the Conference.
Q: Will our booth receive good traffic?
A: We work hard to encourage all attendees to visit each exhibitor. The schedule includes dedicated Exhibit Showcase time. The beer and food stations are strategically placed at the back of the exhibitor area. The new floor plan is a result of feedback collected from past exhibitors. We certainly want all exhibitors to have the best possible experience!
Q: Can we select our own booth spot?
A: Yes! The new MembershipWorks platform allows you to select your booth spot at the time of submitting payment.
Q: Do we need to register our booth staff separately from registering for the booth?
A: Yes. Our new platform mandates that registration for the booth and attendees are separate including booth staff. The total fee is consistent with years past.
Q: Can we load-in and out on our own?
A: Yes. There is no union requirement.
Q: Is there a height restriction?
A: There is no height restriction. The largest doorway leading into the multipurpose room is 9’ 6” wide by 7’ 8” high via the service corridor. Floor Load Capacity: 150 lbs. per s/f. The freight elevator to the 2nd floor is 12’ x 21’ with 12’ x 7’ 11” a doorway.
Q: Will Exhibitors based in New York receive a designation?
A: Yes. Companies from NY as well as our Official Sponsoring Partners will receive a booth sign.
